Vietnamese Martyrs celebrate New Year

Archbishop Gustavo presiding the New Year’s Mass along with Father Francis Pham. Celebrations moved to the stage where Archbishop Gustavo and Father Pham blessed the food and greeted everyone. Children received a red envelope containing money, this tradition is called mừng tuổi (happy new age).  Later, dancers under the guise of the Mua Lan or Lion Dancing began the festivities.
