Olympia Hills Surgery Center Joins
CHRISTUS Health System Family
(San Antonio, TX) – CHRISTUS Health System is pleased to welcome Olympia Hills Surgery Center to the system family; a premier outpatient facility on the city’s growing Northeast side.
Olympia Hills is an outpatient surgical facility serving San Antonio and Universal City, founded in 2016 by, Dr. Darren Silvester, a Podiatrist. The surgery center joins a growing network of ambulatory surgical centers within CHRISTUS Health System, which specialize in providing high quality, low cost surgical services, close to home.

The surgery center’s founder, Dr. Silvester, has more than 25 years of experience practicing podiatric medicine, and completed his podiatry training at the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, California. He also has served as President of the South Dakota Podiatric Medical Association and directed the Diabetic Foot Care Program for the Sisseton Indian Health Service for five years.
“This exciting new partnership will join the Olympia Hills Surgery Center with the large network of CHRISTUS Health hospitals, ASCs, and clinics, linking our patients to specialists and expanded services,” said Dr. Silvester.
