The 2019 IHM Fiesta Medal was inspired by both San Antonio and the Claretian Missionaries. The charms consist of St. Anthony Mary Claret, the Tower of the Americas, and Immaculate Heart of Mary. The spinner has the image of the Church with the Holy Spirit flying above on one side with the official seal of the Church on the other.
