Ground broken for new gym at St. John Paul II Catholic High School

Ground was broken for the long-anticipated new gymnasium for St. John Paul II Catholic High School in Schertz on March 16. Speakers at the ceremony included Auxiliary Bishop Michael Boulette; archdiocesan Superintendent of Catholic Schools Marti West; Principal Andrew Iliff; Advancement Director Kim Lehmann Gonzalez; and School Council President Jim Gilman. Taking part in the groundbreaking event were along with the speakers were representatives of parents and benefactors, construction and architectural firms, and student athletes.
